Shipping policy

We aim to ensure a smooth and secure delivery process for all our customers. Please read the following shipping policy carefully before placing your order:

Advance Payment Requirement

• For orders outside Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, we require advance payment.

• You may choose to pay either a partial or full advance:

  • Partial Advance: Your payment will be verified before dispatch. The remaining balance must be paid as Cash on Delivery (COD) when you receive the parcel.

  • Full Advance: Once full payment is received and verified, we will dispatch your parcel via overnight shipping, aiming for next-day delivery.

Delivery Timeframe

• Standard Delivery: For partial advance or COD orders, delivery may take 3 to 5 working days via our trusted courier partners.

• Express Delivery: For fully prepaid orders, parcels are dispatched overnight (after payment verification) and typically arrive the next day.

Payment Verification

All advance payments (partial or full) must be successfully verified before we process and ship your order. We will notify you once your payment has been confirmed and your order is on its way.
